1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing and accessing the Self Evaluation Tool offered by Knowledge Monetization Lab© ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not proceed with the purchase.

2. The Service

Knowledge Monetization Lab© provides the Self Evaluation Tool, a digital assessment service designed to help knowledge professionals evaluate their readiness to monetize their expertise. The service consists of:

• A 25-question online self-evaluation assessment
• A personalised Monetization Readiness Score out of 100
• A Revenue Model Match identifying the best-fit monetization model for your profile
• A Gap Analysis identifying key areas for development
• A personalised action plan and next-steps roadmap
• A full PDF report delivered digitally upon completion of the assessment

3. Pricing & Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing payment you authorise a single charge of $29.75 USD to your nominated payment method. Knowledge Monetization Lab© does not store your card details.

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). If your card is denominated in a different currency, your bank or card provider may apply a currency conversion fee — this is outside our control.

4. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment you will be directed to complete the 25-question Self Evaluation. Your personalised PDF report will be delivered digitally upon completion of the assessment. Delivery is instant and electronic — no physical product will be shipped.

You are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address at the time of purchase to receive your report. Knowledge Monetization Lab© is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address provided by you.

5. Refund Policy

Because the Self Evaluation Tool is a digital product that is delivered immediately upon purchase and completion, all sales are final and non-refundable once the assessment has been accessed or the report has been delivered.

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing or completing the assessment, please contact us at the email address provided in Section 11 and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

In the unlikely event that payment is processed but you do not receive access to the assessment, please contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and, if appropriate, issue a full refund.

6. Nature of the Service — Not Professional Advice

The Self Evaluation Tool and the report it produces are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, business, legal, or investment advice.

The results of your evaluation are based on your own self-reported responses and reflect an assessment of your readiness to monetize your knowledge at the time of completion. Knowledge Monetization Lab© makes no guarantee that following any recommendations in your report will result in financial gain or business success.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the information contained in your report.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the Self Evaluation Tool, including but not limited to the questions, scoring methodology, report format, written content, and design, is the intellectual property of Knowledge Monetization Lab© and is protected by copyright law.

• You may use your personal report for your own private, non-commercial purposes
• You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or share the assessment, the report, or any part thereof without written permission from Knowledge Monetization Lab©
• You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the assessment methodology

8. Privacy & Data

We collect only the information necessary to process your payment and deliver your report. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment data is processed by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's own privacy policy and security standards.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Knowledge Monetization Lab© shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Self Evaluation Tool or your reliance on any information contained in your report.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service — that is, $29.75 USD.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Knowledge Monetization Lab© is registered. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
